General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (G.T&C’s) include the usage of the ticket purchase system operated by Dunamis Hungary Civil Society (hereinafter referred to as “Dunamis”) and “GoPay s.r.o.” (external company outside of Dunamis), as a “Payment Gateway” (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as well as terms and conditions concerning the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

Payment data will not be possessed by Dunamis, they will only be notified with the result of the transactions by the Service Provider – who is obliged to the data management law.

By browsing and using you declare that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of use of the Dunamis website as well as the Privacy Policy ( and all its points.

This General Terms and Conditions will not be filed, it will be concluded only in electronic form, and does not refer to a Code of Conduct.

Accepting the General Terms and Conditions

Issues not covered by this Regulation and the interpretation of these Rules shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular with the provisions of the Civil Code of 2013 (“Act”) and the Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services Act CVIII. the relevant provisions of the Act. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific clauses.

When registering or purchasing, the User must accept the terms of this General Terms and Conditions by selecting the check box on the form, if he or she wishes to use the services of the Service Provider. Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of the G.T&C’s, a contract is established between the Service Provider and the User.

If a User does not accept the terms of the G.T&C’s, you may not use the services of the Service Provider, you may not register or initiate a ticket purchase.


The way to buy a ticket

Pre-registration is not required for the purchase of a ticket as registration will be completed with the purchase.

In the “Tickets” menu, you will need to enter your buyer’s details (Full name, e-mail address, Country, City, Phone number) and the amount of tickets and the amount of donation to support the event (if applicable). By clicking on the “Payment” check box, the system takes you to where you can click the PAY button again to review the data and accept the Terms and Conditions (check box). This will take you to the surface on the GoPay site where you need to enter your bank-card information. In case of a successful purchase, you will see the “Successful transaction” interface and the ticket will be sent to the given e-mail address.

The Service Provider has no liability for any defective or incomplete information.

By clicking on the last “Payment” button, the User will finalize his/her order. After clicking this button, the order and the data you entered can no longer be modified.

The Service Provider must immediately confirm the receipt of the User’s order to the User by electronic means. If such confirmation does not arrive to the User within 48 hours after sending the order of the User, the User shall be exempt from the contractual obligation. The order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received by the Service Provider or the User when it becomes available to the Service Provider.

The acknowledgment is automatically made, the Service Provider is not responsible for any errors caused by a third party or the User’s IT device.


The conclusion of the contract of sale

If the User makes a purchase of the Ticket and the Service Provider confirms the order by e-mail, a Purchase Agreement will be established between the User and the Service Provider.

The User agrees that the contract thus concluded shall be deemed to be written in writing. The contract is governed by the provisions of this G.T&C’s.
